All of us have been in a crisis in our family and the number of times no doubt could not be counted. Certainly have been through enough in my life time as a child and then later on as a parent and a crisis requires a lot of thought and either action or no action.
But have you ever been in a family crisis in which you are indirectly involved?
The phone calls, emails and messages seemed to have worked and then you find yourself at a moot point. What do you do then? As for me, I have tried ignoring it but it consumed me and I even dreamed about it, waking up all upset again.
This crisis has been on-going for months upon end. Indirectly involved here as stated above and yet the effect of it all has left me hurt and numb.
Countless prayers have gone out from me and still nothing. Maybe that is
God's plan --for me to wait it out or get involved in something that takes my mind off of it. If you have been in a situation like this where you become the innocent victim, how did you react?
Ah family members can do things and not think of the ripple effect it has on others. And we just either wait it out or sound off, the latter being something that would not make my case in point any better at all.
And so, I remain frustrated and am waiting for some glimmer of hope.
After all, hope is all that we have if you consider the grand scheme of things.

Sherry, you're on the right track. Keep living your life~ and praying. Most of all, keep thanking God for working things out for you. He is, you know, whether you see it now or not. You will later. We just have to wait on His timing. In the meantime, try to be as happy as you can. Things will work out for the good of all concerned! You are loved! ♥
ReplyDeleteThank you Peggy. I do have to keep on living my life despite it all. Wise words you wrote and so appreciated.
